Endless Quest End User License Agreement and Global Privacy Policy
1. Agreement Acceptance and Scope
By downloading, installing, opening, logging into, purchasing, watching rewarded ads in, or playing Endless Quest, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this EULA and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must stop using the game and uninstall it from your device.
China Mainland users may have rights under the Civil Code, Cybersecurity Law, Personal Information Protection Law, and Minor Network Protection rules. European Union, European Economic Area, and United Kingdom users have additional rights under GDPR and applicable local data protection laws. California residents have additional rights under CCPA and CPRA. United States users may also be protected by FTC consumer protection rules and COPPA where applicable.
If this EULA conflicts with the privacy terms below on a data protection matter, the privacy terms control that data protection matter.
2. Game License
Freechat inc. grants you a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-commercial license to install and play Endless Quest for personal entertainment.
You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, unpack, resell, distribute, host private servers, use cheats, bots, scripts, automation, unauthorized plug-ins, exploit bugs, manipulate save data, abuse refunds, launder payments, or use the game, code, art, UI, music, characters, names, or assets for unauthorized commercial purposes.
All intellectual property in Endless Quest, including code, artwork, UI, audio, visual effects, characters, gameplay systems, balance data, text, designs, and server tools, is owned by Freechat inc. or its licensors.
3. Accounts, Device IDs, Save Data, and User Conduct
Endless Quest may identify your game profile through local save data, platform account data, device identifiers, cloud save records, or server-generated identifiers. You are responsible for keeping your account, device, and platform credentials secure.
You may not submit or use abusive, fraudulent, violent, sexual, discriminatory, political, illegal, infringing, impersonating, or scam-related names, messages, avatars, support content, ranking data, or other user content. Freechat inc. may suspend or terminate access, reset progress, remove rewards, refuse support, or deny compensation if cheating, fraud, policy abuse, illegal behavior, or harmful activity is detected.
4. Gameplay, Balance, and Live Service Changes
Endless Quest is a fantasy survival roguelite action game. It includes stages, boss challenges, endless challenge, equipment, skills, talents, chests, missions, rankings, battle pass or season rewards, rewarded ads, and optional in-app purchases.
Game rules, rewards, drop rates, balance values, enemy strength, boss strength, stage design, missions, events, store prices, ad rewards, chest rewards, energy costs, battle pass rewards, and online services may change during testing, updates, live operation, and maintenance.
5. In-App Purchases and Virtual Items
Endless Quest may offer virtual currency, keys, energy, equipment, battle pass access, remove-ads products, reward bundles, and other digital items through Google Play or other official platform stores. Virtual currency and virtual items have no real-world cash value, are not legal tender, and cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred outside the game except where required by law.
Refunds follow the official refund rules of Google Play, Apple App Store, or the relevant distribution channel. Third-party top-ups, black-card payments, chargeback abuse, refund abuse, fake orders, or payment manipulation may result in permanent account suspension and removal of related items.
6. Ads and Rewarded Advertising
Endless Quest may show rewarded ads only after user interaction, such as selecting a watch-ad button for revives, double rewards, energy, keys, or challenge entry. The game may use Unity LevelPlay, Unity Ads, mediated ad networks enabled by Freechat inc., advertising identifiers, and a self-hosted fallback ad system at https://stellargame.cc/ads/ when third-party rewarded ads are unavailable.
Reward eligibility is determined after the ad flow reports a completed reward or, for the self-hosted fallback ad, after the required watch time has completed. Ad availability is not guaranteed.
7. Service Changes, Suspension, and Termination
Freechat inc. may maintain, update, suspend, limit, or discontinue game services, servers, cloud save, rankings, ads, purchases, or events. If full service shutdown is planned, Freechat inc. will attempt to provide notice at least 30 days in advance where practical.
8. Disclaimer and Liability Limitation
Endless Quest is provided "as is" and "as available." Freechat inc. does not guarantee uninterrupted service, bug-free gameplay, permanent server availability, uninterrupted network access, or compatibility with every device.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Freechat inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages. Where liability cannot be excluded, total aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid for Endless Quest in the 90 days before the claim, unless applicable law requires a different limit.
9. Privacy Overview
Freechat inc. collects and processes only the information reasonably needed to provide and improve Endless Quest, operate game services, process purchases, deliver rewards, protect accounts, prevent cheating, support users, run analytics, serve ads, maintain rankings, and comply with laws.
10. Information We Collect
- Device and technical data: advertising ID, app instance ID, device model, operating system version, language, time zone, app version, network status, IP address, crash logs, diagnostics, and performance data.
- Gameplay and analytics data: session time, stage progress, boss challenge results, endless challenge results, rewards, inventory state, equipment, skills, talents, missions, chest level, resource balances, ad clicks, store interactions, purchase status, settings, and ranking score.
- Purchase data: product ID, platform order ID, purchase time, purchase state, price region, and entitlement status. We do not store full payment card details.
- User-provided data: nickname, support email, support messages, game ID, device information provided for support, and other information you voluntarily send to us.
- Cloud save and ranking data: device or game identifier, save snapshot, ranking score, language or country flag preference where available, timestamps, and related anti-fraud metadata.
We do not intentionally collect precise GPS location, biometric identifiers, full government ID numbers, contact lists, or microphone/camera content unless a future feature clearly requests separate permission and consent.
11. How We Use Information
We use information to provide gameplay, progression, inventory, rewards, missions, battle pass, rankings, cloud save, customer support, ad rewards, and purchase entitlements; verify purchases; prevent cheating; detect fraud; investigate crashes; improve performance; balance the game; analyze retention, conversion, monetization, level difficulty, ad engagement, store behavior, and feature usage; show rewarded ads; and respond to legal, support, deletion, refund, and abuse requests.
12. Third-Party Services and Sharing
We may share limited data with Google Play or other official payment platforms, Unity Analytics and Unity Gaming Services, Unity LevelPlay, Unity Ads, mediated ad networks enabled by Freechat inc., cloud hosting, storage, ranking, support, crash reporting, security, anti-fraud, and diagnostics providers.
Freechat inc. does not sell your personal identity information for money. Where a privacy law defines certain advertising or analytics sharing as a "sale" or "sharing," you may request opt-out by contacting us.
13. Data Retention and International Transfers
Gameplay logs and analytics events are generally retained for up to 180 days unless longer retention is needed. Purchase records and entitlement evidence may be retained for up to 5 years or longer if required. Account and cloud save data are retained while your account or game profile remains active. After a verified deletion request, we will delete or anonymize personal data within a reasonable period, generally within 30 days, unless retention is legally required.
Your data may be processed on servers outside your country or region. For EU, EEA, UK, and China Mainland users, Freechat inc. will use reasonable safeguards such as contractual protections, technical controls, data minimization, and access restrictions where applicable.
14. Your Privacy Rights
EU, EEA, and UK users may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, objection to processing, withdrawal of consent, and complaint to a supervisory authority. California residents may request access, deletion, correction where applicable, opt-out of sale or sharing, and non-discrimination. China Mainland users may request to know, decide, restrict, refuse, access, copy, correct, delete, withdraw consent, cancel account, and limit automated decision-making where applicable.
Global users may contact bnnvpnservice@gmail.com for privacy requests. Please include your game ID, device identifier or platform account information, region, and enough details for identity verification.
15. Ads, Tracking, Children, and Security
In regions where consent is required, the game or platform SDK may request consent for personalized ads, analytics, or tracking. If you disable personalized advertising, you may still receive contextual, non-personalized, or frequency-capped ads. On Android, you may reset or limit your advertising ID in system settings where supported.
Endless Quest is not directed to children under 13. Users under the age required by local law must use the game only with parent or guardian permission. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures such as encrypted transmission where practical, limited access controls, data minimization, server access restrictions, and security review.
16. Updates and Contact
Freechat inc. may update this EULA and Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes may be shown through the game, website, store listing, or other reasonable notice. Continuing to use Endless Quest after an update means you accept the updated terms, unless applicable law requires separate consent.
